Combining music, film, and performance, we create a new lens through which to examine the painful history of thirteen women who were tested to become astronauts, but then systematically denied access to this critical part of US history and our collective imagination of the future due to institutionalized discrimination.

Rather than recount their biographies through historical narrative, we choose the path of metaphor and montage. Like the pliable skin of a spacesuit, our collages resist... quietly-- claiming power by exploring the mysterious boundaries of language, storytelling, and magic.
